- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Dr. Gong actually is a great doctor. He is nice and he knows what he is doing. His business was doing well 15 years or more years ago. His mistakes is to have his wife control the office Administration. She is a non-friendly person; she is rude and mean to patients. People don't feel welcome when they came to the office. I feel that she is not helping her husband's business at all. Being a receptionist has to have a great people personality, greeting people with a big smile, and polite on the phone. Just being nice to the people.... I am giving him three stars because he needs improvement at his administration office. Now, I can see why so many complains.May 02, 2017by kimberly Smith
